This vacation home is in Sun City Texas, just 20 miles north of Austin. It is fully furnished with new leather living room furniture and new televisions with Roku. It has new porcelain wood-look tile flooring in open main area and kitchen, carpeted bedrooms, 2-car garage, enclosed back porch with slider windows, and natural gas grill. Lawn care included. Two complete bathrooms are located at opposite sides of the home. The master has a new tiled floor and raised stool, and two vessel sinks with lots of storage. The large walk-in closet is located next to the bath. The second bathroom is located next to the guest bedroom which provides privacy for your guests. A daybed with three high sides has a cover which can be placed over the bed so that it can be used as a craft or sewing table. When pulled out, it makes into a king-size bed. A tub is located in this bath for a shower combination. A selection of towels is available in the linen closet. Sun City is an active retirement community that is beautiful and very welcoming to all. Sun City Community Association Charges $100/person for Recreation Pass. This fee is optional and at your expense. The Association refunds $50/person when you return your badge at the end of your stay. The golf courses are public at the time of this writing; therefore, no association pass is required to play golf. Just pay the course fees directly. However, I've heard some talk that they may be closing the courses to the public. If that happens, then golfing would only be allowed for those staying 30 days or longer. The Kitchen is set up with everything you will need to prepare large meals, or just quick bites. We provide glassware for the microwave A full assortment of pots and pans, large and small frying pans and casserole dishes for special casseroles dishes. Coffee pot, toaster, blender and crock pot are all included. The pantry, double sink, dishwasher, large refrigerator , gas stove and self cleaning oven all make the kitchen a pleasure to work in. The full size laundry room is just off the garage. The clothes washer and dryer are for your convenience. We also supply the vacuum cleaner, laundry basket, some cleaning supplies, the mops, buckets, brooms and cleaning cloths. Everything is supplied for cleaning - but, should you wish to have a CLEANING SERVICE, we can have our cleaning staff set up the cleaning service you request. The master bedroom has a wall of windows that look out on the greenbelt that is often filled with Texas Wildflowers that are a beautiful site to see. The king size bed is super comfortable. We provide a wide choice of linens for you, extra pillows so you can select the thickness you prefer, and different weight of blankets so you can sleep well on the pillow most like at "home". A flat screen TV is also provided in the bedroom, and of course you can record all your favorite TV shows, so you can catch up on all your favorite shows after a fun filled day. We provide a comfy reading chair in a quiet corner where you can gaze out onto the greenbelt and enjoy how quiet and relaxing the Sun City area. Of course, when you venture out, all the neighbors will be greeting you, as you walk on the sidewalks or venture to one of the walking trails. The guest bedroom has two twin beds because many of our guests like to invite the grandchildren to come by for weekend visits. This room also has a flat screen TV. The full bath is located right by this bedroom which makes it great for any guests to visit. As tenants, you are guests in Sun City and are welcome to visit all the clubs and activities offered. The board games, crafts and card games are available daily. There are tennis courts and shuffleboard and billards and so many more activities. We have free wi-fi at all the major buildings and even in the beautiful park by the Veterans Wall and Bocce courts. The FARMERS MARKET is at the center of Sun City every Tuesday morning, in the parking lot by the ballroom. Like to dance, just call me for tickets, and I will assist you in securing the dates you prefer. There will be live plays and live music and lectures all within Sun City. I am happy to assist. It has a large bathroom with a nice oversized vanity area and includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer. There are even some extra toiletries, in case you forget something, in our bathroom pantry cabinet. The kitchenette has a microwave, a one burner cook-plate, pots and pans, small refrigerator, and a toaster. The kitchen is furnished with a K cup coffee maker and a full size coffee maker. Regular coffee, along with flavored coffees, teas, and hot chocolate are also provided. Kitchen also has dishes, popcorn bowls and utensils, along with spices and condiments in the fridge. There are two smart tv's located in the living room and the bedroom to enjoy local channels and a few movie channels. You can also use your Netflix account to watch movies. We have internet and wifi available. There is an outside area to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine.
